Product Development

Incan product development is the process of creating new products from bio polymers materials. This process involves a combination of manufacturing techniques, chemical engineering, and materials science. It is used to create products from biopolymers materials such as polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), and polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB). Biopolymer product development starts with selecting the right biopolymer material for the desired end product. Chemical engineers must understand the properties of the biopolymer material to determine its suitability for the product.

Lab Capabilities

Once the material is selected, the product must be designed, prototyped, and tested to ensure it meets the desired requirements. The manufacturing process of a biopolymer product involves a combination of techniques such as injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, and other processes, depending on the end product. The manufacturing process must be optimized to achieve the desired product quality in the most efficient way.

Quality Control

The product must also be tested to ensure it meets the desired performance criteria, including strength, durability, and environmental friendliness. Various tests such as tensile testing, fatigue testing, and corrosion testing are used to evaluate the product. Finally, the product must be designed for mass production. This involves designing the product for efficient production, as well as optimizing the process for costeffectiveness. After the product is massproduced, it is evaluated for quality assurance.
